Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to all traffic laws and company protocols
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance and conduct daily equipment checks
- Utilize our proprietary driver app for efficient navigation, trip acceptance, and earnings tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve passenger inquiries or concerns promptly
- Complete required vehicle maintenance and reporting through our digital management system
- Optimize earnings by strategically accepting peak-demand trips during high-traffic periods
- Participate in ongoing safety and service training modules
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum age of 21 years with 2+ years of driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency and ability to use our proprietary driver application
