Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using GPS navigation
- Maintain clean, professional appearance and vehicle condition
- Provide courteous service and assist passengers with luggage/strollers
- Report maintenance issues and complete trip documentation
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and earnings
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Mesa transportation regulations
- Monitor vehicle performance and fuel levels
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with 2+ years clean driving record
- Smartphone proficiency and reliable personal phone
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
