Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders using the PhillyRide Connect app
- Maintain clean, presentable vehicle at all times
- Efficiently navigate Philadelphia streets using GPS technology
- Complete trips within designated service area (Greater Philadelphia)
- Submit vehicle documentation and pass background checks
- Track earnings and maintain accurate trip records
- Provide excellent customer service during all rides
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Personal vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door preferred)
- Proof of Pennsylvania auto insurance
- Pass criminal background and vehicle inspection checks
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia geography
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
