Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using your personal vehicle
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle with all required inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Efficiently navigate using GPS apps to optimize routes and minimize wait times
- Track trips accurately through our proprietary driver app and submit earnings reports
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and SwiftRide's safety protocols
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 25 years of age with proof of auto insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use mobile apps
- Excellent communication skills and customer service demeanor
- Reliable vehicle model year 2010 or newer with 4+ doors
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic understanding of Stockton's geography and traffic patterns
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/weekends
