Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders across Plano and DFW metroplex
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational standards
- Optimize routes using app navigation tools for efficient pickups
- Complete rideshare trips with 95%+ rider satisfaction rating
- Report maintenance issues and complete vehicle inspections
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and platform safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- 4-door vehicle model year 2010+ in good condition
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Minimum 1 year driving experience in urban areas
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Excellent customer service communication skills
