Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders across San Antonio
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vehicle
- Efficiently navigate using GPS to ensure timely pickups/drop-offs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance rider experience
- Complete trips accurately through the CityRide app
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle concerns promptly
- Optimize earnings by accepting strategic ride requests
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data plan
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio roads and landmarks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
