Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using GPS navigation
- Maintain exceptional vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance
- Provide outstanding customer service with friendly, helpful interactions
- Efficiently manage ride requests through our proprietary driver app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols at all times
- Complete accurate trip documentation and payment processing
- Participate in ongoing safety and service training programs
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with 3+ years of experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Relatively new vehicle (2010 or newer) with 4+ doors
- Smartphone with high-speed data and Bluetooth capability
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Fresno area geography and traffic patterns
