Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers using a personal or company-provided vehicle
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve passenger inquiries professionally
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely arrivals and efficient operations
- Complete thorough vehicle inspections and maintenance checks before each shift
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Document trips accurately and maintain cleanliness of vehicle interior
- Participate in driver training programs and performance feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or rideshare background
- Smartphone proficiency with navigation apps and ability to use our proprietary driver app
- Exceptional communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle troubleshooting
