Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle interior and exterior before, during, and after each shift.
- Utilize the mobile application to navigate routes, track ride history, and manage payments.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, speed limits, and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with luggage and answering questions about the local area.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is road-ready and meets safety standards.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and passengers throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Current Vehicle Registration and Proof of Insurance.
- Ownership of a reliable, 4-door vehicle (Sedan, SUV, or Minivan).
- Proficiency with smartphone technology and navigation apps.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
