Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicle in compliance with local regulations
- Maintain high customer service standards through courteous communication and timely service
- Optimize routes using GPS technology to ensure efficient pickups and drop-offs
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and cleanliness standards
- Report income accurately and maintain required documentation
- Participate in driver incentive programs and performance reviews

Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving record
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) with commercial insurance
- Smartphone with data plan and ability to install rideshare apps
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Houston metropolitan area
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
