Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation to riders using CityRide's mobile platform
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety and appearance standards
- Utilize real-time navigation tools to optimize routes and minimize wait times
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance rider satisfaction and ratings
- Complete all trips efficiently while adhering to Columbus traffic laws and regulations
- Monitor rider requests and manage availability to maximize earning opportunities
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Own a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in excellent condition with commercial insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use CityRide's driver app
- Pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication skills and commitment to rider safety
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Resident of Columbus or surrounding metropolitan area
