Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation to passengers from point A to point B.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, traffic signs, and speed limits.
- Use the mobile application to navigate routes, accept ride requests, and communicate with passengers.
- Collect payments securely through the app and ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable.
- Assist passengers with luggage and provide local knowledge when requested.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and ensure the vehicle is insured and registered.
- Handle all customer service inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (4-door, 5-passenger minimum required).
- A compatible smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a stable data plan.
