Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all appearance and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Efficiently navigate Boston's streets using our proprietary GPS navigation system
- Complete all trips within the designated service area and timeframes
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or passenger incidents promptly
- Maximize earnings by accepting trips during peak demand hours
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Reliable personal vehicle (model 2010 or newer) with 4 doors and 5 seats
- Smartphone proficiency and ability to use our driver app effectively
- Proof of auto insurance meeting Massachusetts state requirements
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Boston area roads and landmarks
- Excellent customer service communication skills
