Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout Austin using the CityRide Connect app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication and courtesy
- Efficiently navigate Austin's roadways using GPS technology
- Track earnings and mileage for accurate reporting
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and CityRide Connect policies
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Must be 21 years or older
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in excellent condition
- Smartphone compatible with the CityRide Connect app
- Pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Must have personal auto insurance
- Austin residency required
