Responsibilities
- Safely transport riders to destinations using optimal navigation routes
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service with positive, courteous interactions
- Use CityRide app to accept trips, manage schedules, and track earnings
- Complete required vehicle inspections and safety protocols
- Report incidents, maintenance issues, or rider feedback promptly
- Adhere to all Dallas traffic laws and CityRide regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with minimum 3 years' experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable 4-door vehicle under 10 years old
- Smartphone with data plan and GPS capability
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Dallas metro area geography
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Minimum 21 years of age
