Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations following all traffic laws
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle with excellent interior condition
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS technology for efficient trip completion
- Track earnings and trip details through our proprietary driver app
- Adhere to CityRide Connect's safety protocols and service standards
- Complete required vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Must own a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in excellent condition
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capabilities
- Proof of auto insurance meeting California state requirements
- Pass a comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Bakersfield streets and surrounding areas
