Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations following all traffic regulations
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance and comfortable interior
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions and helpful navigation
- Optimize routes using the driver app to maximize efficiency and earnings
- Complete trips accurately through the app while maintaining safety standards
- Report vehicle maintenance needs and ensure compliance with inspection requirements
- Participate in ongoing performance reviews to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Must be 21+ years old with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (4-door, 2010+ model) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with latest iOS/Android and reliable internet connection
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly communication style
- Ability to navigate Seattle efficiently using GPS technology
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policy
- Must have Washington State TNC permit (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
