Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations following GPS navigation
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve passenger inquiries
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to traffic laws
- Track earnings and submit trip documentation through our mobile app
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly
- Optimize routes to minimize wait times and maximize passenger satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable internet access
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and traffic patterns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends preferred
