Responsibilities
- Safely transport riders throughout Lexington and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Utilize the LexRide app to efficiently accept rides and navigate routes
- Provide exceptional customer service with professional communication
- Complete trips promptly while adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- Track earnings accurately through our digital payment system
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and ride-related feedback
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with 3+ years clean driving record
- Access to a 4-door sedan (2006+ model) in excellent condition
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and GPS capability
- Pass comprehensive background and vehicle inspection
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Lexington geography and traffic patterns
