Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation services to riders using our proprietary app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety and appearance standards
- Effectively navigate Newark's streets while adhering to traffic laws and optimal routing
- Deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication and problem resolution
- Accurately complete trips and submit earnings reports through the driver portal
- Monitor and maintain high ratings through consistent service quality
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance safety protocols and service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to navigate apps and GPS systems
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer) in good mechanical condition
- Basic understanding of Newark geography and surrounding areas
