Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicle while adhering to all traffic regulations
- Optimize earnings by strategically accepting ride requests via our remote management app
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure passenger comfort during all trips
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve ride-related inquiries through app-based communication
- Track and report mileage, earnings, and service quality through our digital dashboard
- Participate in virtual training sessions to enhance driving skills and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Reliable 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer in excellent condition
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to navigate apps and digital tools
- Minimum 21 years of age with proof of auto insurance meeting state requirements
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Self-motivated with time management skills for remote work environment
