Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to destinations using CityRide Connect's app
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle compliant with California DMV requirements
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic data to maximize efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve ride inquiries professionally
- Report earnings and vehicle maintenance through our digital dashboard
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and CityRide Connect's safety protocols
- Participate in incentive programs to boost weekly earnings
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capabilities
- 4-door vehicle model year 2010 or newer in good condition
- Clear driving record and ability to pass background check
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco geography and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proof of auto insurance meeting California minimum requirements
