Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicles in Fresno metro area
- Maintain 4.8+ rating through exceptional customer service
- Optimize routes using FlexiRide's navigation app for maximum efficiency
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks and maintenance documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws and FlexiRide safety protocols
- Report maintenance issues and vehicle performance metrics
- Participate in weekly driver training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean 3-year driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capability
- 4-door vehicle in excellent condition (2010 or newer)
- Minimum 25 years of age with 3+ years driving experience
- Proof of personal auto insurance meeting state requirements
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
