Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and efficient transportation services using the CityRide Connect platform
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety requirements
- Optimize routes using the app's navigation system for timely pickups and drop-offs
- Complete trips accurately within the app's tracking system
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance passenger experience
- Adhere to all Buffalo traffic regulations and CityRide Connect policies
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Pass a comprehensive background check and driving record review
- Own a 4-door vehicle model 2015 or newer in excellent condition
- Smartphone with reliable data connectivity for app usage
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
