Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to destinations using the Phoenix Mobility app
- Maintain a 4.8+ driver rating through exceptional customer service
- Complete 100+ weekly trips to qualify for performance incentives
- Document mileage and expenses for quarterly reimbursement processing
- Adhere to all Arizona traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Participate in monthly driver appreciation events and training sessions
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean MVR record (3+ years)
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2015 or newer
- Smartphone with iOS 14+ or Android 8+ capabilities
- Pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak demand
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix metro area navigation
