Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks for material transport at construction sites and landfill facilities
- Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Coordinate with dispatch team via remote communication platforms for route optimization
- Load/unload materials using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Submit digital paperwork through our remote portal for seamless documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with digital logging devices (ELD) and remote reporting tools
- Strong understanding of Washington DC metro area roadways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
