Responsibilities
- Safely operate dump trucks to transport construction materials to job sites across Maricopa County
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections ensuring compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital documentation via our fleet management app
- Coordinate with dispatchers and site managers using remote communication tools
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations during loading/unloading
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Support weekend and evening operations as needed for project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of dump truck or heavy equipment operation experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and digital fleet management systems
- Strong communication skills for remote coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of Arizona traffic laws and construction site safety standards
- Must have reliable transportation to Chandler, AZ for initial onboarding and periodic equipment checks
