Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Denver
- Optimize daily routes using GPS navigation to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and delays
- Assist with loading/unloading operations while following proper safety protocols
- Represent SwiftShift Logistics professionally with all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or equivalent delivery background
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and navigate stairs during deliveries
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail and punctuality
- Proficiency using smartphone navigation apps and basic delivery tracking systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening as required by company policy
