Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for regional routes
- Plan and optimize delivery schedules using remote dispatch tools
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Utilize telematics systems for real-time route adjustments
- Maintain positive customer relationships during deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Flexibility for overnight regional travel (Mon-Fri)
- Remote work capabilities for administrative tasks
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
