Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional deliveries within Arizona
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation via our mobile app
- Optimize routes for timely pickups and drop-offs using GPS navigation tools
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication
- Manage inventory tracking and load security protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for route adjustments and priority loads
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Reliable late-model box truck (24-26 ft) with current registration and insurance
- Proficiency with digital dispatch platforms and mobile applications
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation for independent work
- Pass background check and drug screening
