Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks for local and regional freight delivery in Toledo, OH
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and vehicle maintenance documentation
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to comply with DOT regulations
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and potential delays
- Uphold company safety protocols and represent SwiftDrive Logistics professionally
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of box truck or commercial driving experience
- Reliable personal box truck (24-26 ft) in excellent mechanical condition
- Proof of commercial auto insurance with $1M liability coverage
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps for GPS and communication
