The Role
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work. As a Van Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive their packages with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial van to deliver packages and cargo to residential and commercial addresses within the Jacksonville metro area.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently, adhering to weight limits.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Update delivery logs and communicate any delays immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B preferred, but Class A considered with experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience in a commercial or delivery capacity.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
