Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial locations throughout Raleigh and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure a secure delivery experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling packages with care and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues, cleanliness, and fuel levels before starting routes.
- Accurately log delivery information, times, and any issues encountered using our digital dispatch system.
- Manage time effectively to meet strict delivery deadlines and route schedules.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers.
- Basic computer literacy for using smartphone apps for navigation and logging.
- Reliable cell phone with data access is required.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift packages for extended periods.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
