Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Tucson area.
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and time windows to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect all packages for damage before and after transit and report discrepancies immediately.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to handle questions and instructions.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Update delivery status electronically using our mobile tracking systems.
- Load and unload cargo, including heavy lifting when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong navigation skills with experience using GPS and mapping applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle for local shifts (if applicable).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
