Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to designated residential and commercial locations throughout the Omaha metro area.
- Provide exceptional customer service during package hand-offs, ensuring every delivery is professional and courteous.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Accurately log delivery information, proof of delivery, and vehicle status into our digital tracking system.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and time-sensitive delivery windows.
- Handle package pickups and returns with care to prevent damage or loss.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and comfortably navigate various terrains.
- Basic knowledge of the Omaha metro area for efficient route planning and navigation.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle suitable for commercial delivery duties.
