Responsibilities
- Execute efficient and safe delivery routes throughout the Jacksonville metro area.
- Ensure all packages are delivered in excellent condition and within the promised time window.
- Greet customers politely and handle any delivery inquiries or special instructions professionally.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety and cleanliness.
- Log deliveries accurately into the company’s mobile dispatch system.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, parking regulations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C or Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong navigation skills with the ability to read maps and use GPS applications.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on courtesy and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform minor troubleshooting.
