Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a timely manner.
- Verify package contents and ensure safe transit and handling.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing our brand.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and responsibly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Proof of auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and order management apps.
- Strong customer service skills and a high level of reliability.
- Basic understanding of Los Angeles geography is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends or early mornings as needed.
