Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport packages to designated residential and commercial addresses.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care, verifying condition and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive brand image during every delivery.
- Navigate efficiently through Detroit traffic using GPS systems to ensure timely arrivals.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 5 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation apps and mobile device usage.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
