As a Route Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. We value safety above all else and provide ongoing training and support.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Safely operate commercial vehicles on assigned routes throughout the Charlotte metro area.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, bills of lading, and paperwork.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
- 12 months of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years.
- Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Medical Card).
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screen.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and sit for extended periods.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
