Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and topological error correction
- Design hybrid quantum-classical pipelines for real-time optimization problems
- Develop quantum neural networks for AI acceleration and pattern recognition
- Lead implementation of quantum-secure communication protocols
- Collaborate with nanotech teams to integrate photonic quantum processors
- Validate system performance through quantum Monte Carlo simulations
- Document quantum system architectures in patentable frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Physics, or Computer Science with quantum specialization
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant design
- Publication record in quantum computing or topological condensed matter
- Mastery of linear algebra, group theory, and quantum information theory
