Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale workloads
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical cloud integration frameworks leveraging AWS Braket and Azure Quantum
- Lead quantum network security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Optimize quantum error correction codes for real-time financial modeling applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems and photonic interconnects
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy in drug discovery simulations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits (Nature/Science/IEEE)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# with 100+ quantum algorithm implementations
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuit design
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance roadmaps
- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services and quantum security protocols
- Experience securing federal quantum infrastructure projects (NIST/NSF)
- Portfolio of quantum network architecture designs for production environments
