- Establish quantum security frameworks resistant to 2026-era threats
- Drive R&D for room-temperature quantum memory systems
- Develop quantum-classical API standards for enterprise integration
- Lead regulatory compliance for quantum deployment (NIST, ISO 27071)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proven track record in scaling distributed quantum systems
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
