Responsibilities
- Design and deploy quantum network topologies supporting 100+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum processors operating at 10mK temperatures
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Implement quantum-secure communication channels using QKD protocols
- Optimize quantum annealing solutions for logistics optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum accelerators with classical HPC systems
- Establish compliance frameworks for quantum technology deployment in regulated industries
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, or Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware (D-Wave, IBM, or Rigetti)
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and post-quantum security standards
- Published research in quantum information science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects with $1M+ budgets
