You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, quantum hardware engineers, and AI researchers to build fault-tolerant quantum networks. Our Austin R&D center features state-of-the-art cryogenic labs and access to IBM Quantum and D-Wave systems.
Responsibilities
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise clients
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for 2026-era threats
- Lead quantum network topology optimization across global data centers
- Collaborate on quantum machine learning algorithm implementations
- Create quantum hardware-software integration specifications
- Develop quantum error mitigation strategies at scale
- Present quantum roadmap solutions to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Qubit architecture
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Knowledge of quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC project)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control hardware
