As a key member of our Quantum Solutions Division, you'll lead the development of scalable quantum architectures, optimize qubit coherence, and pioneer error-correction protocols. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strategic foresight to bridge theoretical quantum mechanics with practical enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving >99.9% qubit fidelity
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum hardware technologies (photonic, superconducting, topological)
- Define quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography migration
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with 10+ years experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure or supercomputing architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Published research in quantum computing or topological quantum systems
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
