Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 10,000+ qubit capacity
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical and materials science applications
- Architect quantum-secure communication networks
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum systems architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in superconducting qubit platforms and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems
