Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical computing projects with industry partners
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and quantum engineering teams
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate algorithms into practical applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with NISQ-era quantum hardware (IBM, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Proven ability to lead complex research projects with cross-functional teams
