Your Mission: Design and implement quantum algorithms that solve previously impossible computational challenges. You'll leverage our proprietary 512-qubit processors to push the boundaries of quantum supremacy while contributing to open-source quantum frameworks that shape the future of computing.

Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum advantage on proprietary hardware
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech conferences (Q2C, IEEE Quantum)
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for real-world applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate theory to practical implementations
