Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization and cryptography challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at global quantum conferences
- Drive prototyping of quantum applications for finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
