Responsibilities

- Lead experimental validation of quantum protocols on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Develop error correction techniques for fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models into production systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $2M+ in government and industry research grants for quantum initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction protocols
- Published work in top quantum computing journals or conferences (e.g., QIP, TQC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical Python/C++
